Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using thebestbettingodds.com ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Nature of Service
The Best Betting Odds is an odds comparison and information service only. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, hold customer funds, or process gambling transactions. We are not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission or any gambling authority.
3. Information Accuracy
Odds displayed on the Site are provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that displayed odds are current, complete, or accurate at the time of your visit. Odds can change at any time; always verify current prices directly with the bookmaker before placing a bet.
4. Age Restriction
This Site is intended for users aged 18 or over (or 21 or over where required by applicable law, including many US states where the minimum legal gambling age is 21). By using the Site, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age for accessing gambling-related content in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from persons who do not meet the applicable minimum age. You are solely responsible for ensuring you comply with the age requirements of your local jurisdiction before using any linked bookmaker service.
5. Affiliate Relationships & Commercial Disclosure
The Site contains affiliate links to third-party licensed bookmakers. We may receive a referral commission if you register, deposit, or place a bet with a bookmaker via a link from this Site. This constitutes a commercial relationship which we are required to disclose under applicable advertising standards, including the UK CAP Code, FTC guidelines (US), and EU Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices.
This commercial relationship does not affect: (a) the odds data we display; (b) the ratings we assign to bookmakers, which are based solely on independently measured criteria including overround, regulatory standing, and user experience; or (c) the written content of any review or guide. A bookmaker cannot pay to improve its rating or remove a negative review. For full details, see the tab.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Best Betting Odds shall not be liable for any losses arising from: use of or reliance on odds displayed on the Site; decisions to place bets based on information on the Site; inaccuracies in displayed odds; or unavailability of the Site.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Best Betting Odds and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory provisions of your local law provide otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your jurisdiction, including rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), or applicable US state consumer protection laws.
10. VIP Membership — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to our VIP membership and are not satisfied for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund provided you request it within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
To request a refund, email us at vip@thebestbettingodds.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to your first payment only and is not transferable. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window cannot be honoured.
11. AI Predictions & AI Battle — Informational Purposes Only
AI-generated match predictions, AI Battle rankings, and associated performance tracking including the TBBO Index and inverse TBBO Index published on this Site are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute betting advice, financial advice, or investment recommendations.
The TBBO Index and inverse TBBO Index track hypothetical £10 stakes based on recorded AI predictions and the best available bookmaker odds captured at the time of publication. They are transparency measures and not managed investment portfolios or signal services. Past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future results. You should not make betting or financial decisions based solely on content published on this Site.
We do not hold ourselves out as a licensed betting tipster service, financial advisor, or investment manager. Nothing on this Site should be construed as a personal recommendation to place any bet. Betting involves risk and you may lose money. Always conduct your own research and only bet with money you can afford to lose.
12. Prohibited Jurisdictions & User Responsibility
Access to and use of this Site may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions where gambling-related content, odds comparison services, or affiliate links to bookmakers are unlawful or subject to licensing requirements.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing this Site and acting on information contained within it is legal in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that this Site or its content is appropriate for use in all locations. By accessing the Site you confirm that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.
US users: Online sports betting is not legal in all US states. You are responsible for confirming that online sports betting is legal in your state before visiting any bookmaker via links on this Site. The Site does not facilitate placing bets and is not a licensed gambling operator in any US state. The display of US bookmaker odds does not constitute an offer to bet or a promotion of illegal gambling activity.
13. Arbitrage Betting — Limitations & Disclaimer
The Arb Finder feature identifies theoretical arbitrage opportunities where odds available at different bookmakers may collectively imply a combined probability below 100%. While in theory this can allow a bettor to back all outcomes and achieve a mathematical profit, this Site makes no guarantee that:
- displayed odds will still be available when you attempt to place a bet;
- bookmakers will not restrict, void, or limit accounts engaging in arbitrage activity;
- a profitable outcome will be achieved after account limitations, bet rejections, or odds changes.
Odds data is refreshed periodically and may not reflect current bookmaker prices. The Arb Finder is provided as an analytical tool only. Any reliance on Arb Finder data is at your own risk.

Responsible Gambling
The Best Betting Odds is an information and comparison service. We are committed to promoting responsible gambling and recognise the harm that problem gambling can cause.

In the United States, the minimum age is 21 in many states (including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Tennessee, Virginia, Arizona, Connecticut, Louisiana, Maryland, and others). Some US states set the minimum at 18 for certain types of gambling. You must comply with the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. Never gamble underage and never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.

- Spending more money or time gambling than you can afford
- Finding it difficult to control, cut back, or stop gambling
- Gambling to escape problems or relieve feelings of depression
- Chasing losses by gambling again to try to win back money lost

Affiliate Disclosure
In the interests of full transparency, and in compliance with the UK CAP Code, UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) requirements, US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines (16 CFR Part 255), and EU Directive 2005/29/EC, we make the following disclosure about our commercial relationships.
What This Means
Some links on this Site — particularly "Visit", "Sign Up", "Review" buttons, and links to bookmaker websites — are affiliate links. When you click one of these links and subsequently register an account or make a deposit with a bookmaker, we may receive a referral commission from that bookmaker. This is how we fund the free features of this Site.
What This Does NOT Affect
- Odds data: Bookmakers cannot pay to have their odds shown or hidden, and we do not manipulate the data.
- Star ratings: Bookmaker ratings are calculated from objective, independently measured criteria: overround percentage on key leagues, feature availability, regulatory standing, platform usability, and known account restriction practices. A bookmaker cannot pay us to improve its rating.
- Written reviews: Review content reflects our genuine, independent assessment. We do not accept payment to alter review content.
- Arbitrage/arb% data: Arb opportunities are mathematically calculated from displayed odds. Commercial relationships do not affect this.
- AI predictions: AI-generated predictions and AI Battle performance tracking are produced and recorded independently of any commercial relationship with a bookmaker.
Which Pages Contain Affiliate Links
Affiliate links may appear on: bookmaker review pages, bookmaker comparison tables (UK, US, EU, AU), betting guide pages that reference specific bookmakers, and any page featuring a "Visit" or "Sign Up" button for a bookmaker. Every such page displays an on-page affiliate disclosure notice near the point of referral.
Bookmakers We Have Relationships With
We have or may have affiliate relationships with licensed bookmakers across the UK, US, EU, and Australia. The specific operators we have agreements with change over time as new operators are added and relationships are reviewed. The absence of an affiliate relationship with a particular bookmaker does not affect whether we display that bookmaker's odds or review it.
FTC Disclosure (US Users)
In accordance with FTC guidelines, we disclose that this website receives compensation from bookmakers listed on the site. This compensation may influence which products or services we review or how they are presented, but does not influence our ratings or the integrity of the odds data displayed. Our editorial opinions are our own.
